Furniture Warranty 

With proper care and cleaning, you can continue to enjoy our furniture long after the warranty expires.

All furniture is warranted to the original owner against structural defects in material and workmanship for (5)FIVE-YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of purchase. The decision to repair, replace, return or credit will be at the discretion of Clover. Both original sales invoice and Bill of Lading showing delivery date and terms of sales must be submitted for warranty claim.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty only applies under conditions of normal use. It does not apply to defects that result from abusive use, accidents, negligence, nor does it warrant the colorfastness of fabrics. Color fading, shading or shrinkage of any fabric due to improper cleaning is not covered.
All our indoor furniture is made from natural materials such as plantation grown teak, mahogany, wicker, and abaca, in which variations might occur to varying degree; thus, variation in grain pattern is not covered under warranty.

All our outdoor furniture is warranted against defects from cracking, peeling, and breaking from time of delivery. Under normal use and proper care, our outdoor products are designed to withstand fading, weathering and ageing. However, color pigmentation can affect the color consistency, so there may be slight color variations between production batches. Such variations are unavoidable.

The warranty does not cover normal shrinkage, swelling, natural weathering of wood finishes, or hairline cracks on wood or teak. Marking or scratching of the powder coat finish is excluded from the warranty. We do not offer a warranty for our glass tops.

Any claim against this warranty must initially be presented to Clover.
